Ofer Molad, Founder, President and CEO of Performance Systems,
since its inception in 1988, has concentrated on marketing, sales and
business development, internationally as well as within the USA. Mr. Molad has primarily focused on innovative,
high-tech, yet diverse companies reflecting many industries.
Additionally, he is Co-founder of two investment companies; one is
focusing on seed investment and another – a management group of
world-wide start-ups. After serving in the Military, Ofer Molad obtained a
B.A. in Behavioral Sciences overseas;
an M.A. in Counseling from University of North Texas, Denton, Texas and was a Doctoral Fellow in Education and Management
at Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts.
Tamir Dayan, Managing Director of PerSys Medical and CEO of WaisMed, has considerable and substantial experience in world wide business, focusing on business development, marketing and sales in hi-tech and medical device industries. Mr. Dayan holds a B.A. in Economy and a L.L.B. in Law, as well as an MBA. Mr. Dayan is a lawyer and has served in the Military as a medic and moved his way up to a trainer and an Officer. He commanded medic courses in an Army medical school, finally managing the whole medical training division. Mr. Dayan is also the head of a medical platoon in the Reserves. Mr. Dayan joined the Persys Group in 2006 and leads the group's world-wide medical operations since.
Sonia Einstein, Director, Business Development, has nine years of experience
with international businesses, entrepreneurship and for the last few years
has been involved mainly with promoting Internet start-ups and establishing
E-commerce applications. She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics
and an Associate Degree in Accounting and International Economics. After
completing her studies at the State University in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, Ms.
Einstein worked and studied in Athens, Greece for two years, moved to
the United States and joined Performance Systems in 1998. At Performance
Systems, Ms. Einstein has led several Israeli start-ups into Fortune 500
corporations and world leaders of software development and security software
applications.
Roy Bachrach, Director of Medical Sales, holds an MA degree in Health Administration
and a BA in EMS. He was a senior paramedic
for over 10 years, and was also a senior
instructor both in the civilian and military markets. He served in the
Army as a paratrooper where he gained much experience in treatment
of military injuries and combat casualty care. Mr. Bachrach completed
courses in PALS, ACLS, PHTLS, MCI and MTI. At Performance Systems he
is an ACLS instructor and in addition to his training responsibilities,
Mr. Bachrach is Product Manager for the Bone Injection Gun.
Dee Williams, Director of Government Sales, PerSys Medical. With 10 years experience in military sales and marketing, Dee manages relationships with the US military, military distributors, and tactical trainers ensuring that current and new products meet specific needs and requirements. She is responsible for increasing and establishing new sales, maintaining military and distributor relationships, new product development, and product training. Dee also implements product evaluations, product testing and oversees regulatory issues. Dee’s focus is maintaining professional relationships with a personal touch that is a trademark of Performance Systems.
Leticia Ozcelik, Accounting Manager since 2006, manages all accounting, financial and payroll functions at Performance Systems. She is responsible for overseeing financial and sales reporting, the accounting policy process, manages vendor relations, and works directly with senior staff playing a key role in providing support on daily financial planning and control. Leticia is the lead for the implementation of the EDI process and assists the team by providing quality products as well as unparalleled service to Performance Systems’ customers and vendors.
Sefi Holtzshtein, Manager, New Business Development, holds a Pharm.D. Degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Abbott Laboratories. Sefi was also a pharmacist at Super-Pharm, a leading pharmaceutical company. Joining PerSys Medical in Feb. 2009, Sefi's primary goal is to expand the PerSys Medical product line with a focus on foreign products for US market penetration. Ms. Holtzshtein also coordinates all aspects of contractual agreements.
Mark Kauth, EMT-P CCPM,
Clinical Specialist, joined Performance Systems, Medical Division with 25
years of experience as a field paramedic in Chicago and surrounding
suburbs, five years as a critical care paramedic in Good Samaritan Hospital trauma
unit, and nine years as EMS Coordinator in Wood Dale Fire District. He was
also a chair person for Northwest Community Hospital EMS System in R&D
Committee for three years and now is a co-founder of Paraproducts where
he is in charge of Positube and Grip-ET manufacturing. Mr. Kauth graduated
from Northwest Community Hospital of Paramedic Medicine, Arlington Heights,
Illinois.
Elizabeth Blevins, Manager, Logistics and Customer Relations. Ms. Blevins leads our customer support and logistics efforts for Performance Systems, PerSys Medical and their clients. She has previous administrative assistance experience in the legal field and is currently enrolled in Houston Community College pursuing a degree in Business. Ms. Blevins is in charge of support, coordination, and management of all logistics operations and customer service. Ms. Blevins also oversees the coordination of all conferences and tradeshows.
Amit Shaham, Director of Sales and Marketing - PerSys Medical Int'l and WaisMed Ltd, Holds a BSN degree in Nursing and an EMT-P. Mr. Shaham was a paramedic and a nurse in a private EMS company. Mr. Shaham was also an instructor for both the military and the civilian markets. He served in the Army as an infantry until attending the military medic course and then served as a certified military medic instructor. Mr. Shaham completed courses in PALS, ATLS, PHTLS, ACLS and instructed in the Center for Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine as a certified AHA instructor.
Alex Rosas, Graphic Designer, joined PerSys Medical in December 2007. Mr. Rosas is responsible for the layout and design for all marketing materials, including the website, and provides a creative approach to the art direction within the company. He developed his passion for design by working with other local artists and musicians, and completed his studies in 2008 at the Art Institute of Houston.
Yael Vanek, Graphic Designer, received her Interior Design B.A. in Milan, Italy in July 2008. She has an eclectic background involving art history, intercultural communications, and languages. During her studies, Yael collaborated with Beiersdorf Italia and developed a concept store for Nivea. Following graduation she started her internship at Versace S.p.A. Milan, in the field of visual merchandising. Yael joined PerSys Medical in July 2009.
Bryan Palmer, Staff Accountant, joined PerSys Medical Dec. 2009. Bryan is currently attending college in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He brings 5 years of accounting experience and is responsible for many different accounting functions. He is also support for other departments within the company.
Ayako Ohno, Sales Representative, joined PerSys Medical in November 2009. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago. She has a diverse background in medical research, having conducted asthma and cancer research at Baylor College of Medicine and a AIDS/HIV research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her focus at PerSys Medical is to increase new sales, build and maintain customer relationships, new business development, and provide additional support within the company.
Andre Jones, Logistics and Customer Relations, joined Performance Systems in September 2008. Andre holds previous experience in transportation, packing, shipping, and warehousing in the the oil and gas industry. Mr. Jones is responsible for these areas within our logistics department, and assists with customer relations.
Barak Tzachar, Director of R&D and Operations. Mr. Tzachar holds a B.S. in biomedical engineering and joined PerSys Medical in 2007. He finished the Army Medics Course and served as an ATLS instructor in the IDF College of medicine. While working for several medical companies as a part of the R&D team, he gained experience in the quality management field. He is now in charge of R&D, intellectual property management, and technical issues for WaisMed.
