Ofer Molad is the Founder, President and CEO of Performance Systems since its inception in 1988. He has concentrated on marketing, sales and business development, internationally as well as within the USA . Mr. Molad has primarily focused on innovative, high-tech, yet diverse companies reflecting many industries. Several technologies and products brought in to the US by Molad’s companies have become standards within their market space. Performance Systems was one of the pioneer companies in setting marketing programs and services for Israeli start-ups in the past two decades working with the private sector as well as the government supported programs. After serving in the Israeli Military and working in the Office of the Prime Minister in Israel, Ofer Molad obtained a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Ben Gurion University, Israel; an M.A. in Counseling from University of North Texas, Denton, Texas and was a Doctoral Fellow in Education and Management at Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts. Additionally, he is Co-founder of the Persys Group and some of its subsidiaries. The Group is active in building of businesses at early stages, as well as supporting technology companies in management, marketing, technology and financial investment. The technical expertise, logistics and physical resources existing within the group provide the support for these activities with an emphasis on the US market through its marketing arm, Performance Systems.
