Persys Medical Training Center Policies

1. Registration

  • Early registration is recommended to ensure your place in class.
  •  To register, complete the online Registration Form and submit your payment. You are officially enrolled in class only after you receive a confirmation from us.
  • All tuition payments should be received a minimum of 4 days before each class.
  •  If you have any problem submitting a payment online please call our general number listed below for assistance.
2. Attendance

All students are required to arrive on time. Any student more than 15 minutes late to a class will not be able to participate and will have to reschedule.
3. Late/ in class payments:

No late or in class payments will be accepted unless approved by company representatives.
4. Cancellations

All cancellations must be received and acknowledged (email from one of the company representatives) 48 hours (2 days) prior to the class.
5. Refund policy

• If you cancel a class up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the class, you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount to your original form of payment (cash and check payments will be refunded with check, credit/debit cards will be refunded to the original card charged).

• Any cancellation made within the 48 hours prior to the class must be rescheduled for a future class.Group Cancellation:
Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled training will result in a nonrefundable 15% penalty.
6. Group Cancellation

• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled training will result in a nonrefundable 15% penalty.
